Our beef is processed right here in Wyoming, aged 21 days in a USDA-inspected facility and kept frozen all the way to your doorstep.

We are not a co-op.  Our cattle are born and raised on our ranch in Wyoming, with expansive grassland and natural water sources.  This is the beef we have fed our own family for generations, and we look forward to serving you!
